In a unique multimedia event at Taunton's Tacchi Morris Arts Centre, Connecting Somerset has successfully launched the first performance of its "Technology - A 21st Century Approach to Business" Event in May 2009.

This presentation is the first in a series of workshops and similiar crowd pulling performances that will play during the year.

The performances bring together a high flying team of online advisors and leading emerging technologies experts, combine them with actors and videos, to show business how to get the most out of the web, boost productivity, increase market share and improve profitability.

In June and July, Connecting Somerset unleashes in depth technology workshops based on topics covered in the performance. Aimed squarely at Somerset’s business community, these seminars will give companies a steer on how to use the web and mobile working effectively, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
